Wombat Cards & Gifts is a small family business owned by Monica and John, based in Canberra.
We started out on our journey in January 2015 as a small market stall selling homemade greeting cards in our local town, Canberra.
We have grown from selling homemade greeting cards to a large range of high quality Australian themed products in a market environment. Now we are proud to be able to offer our uniquely Australian market stall online.
Our Mission
“Wombat Cards & Gifts' purpose is to help spread the joy that we have of all things Australian and to share our patriotic feelings with the vast variety of people that we meet whilst travelling this great country of ours.”
Our wonderful small business wouldn’t be what is today without the help of Fran, John and Sean. We have an ever-increasing range of Australian books, plush Australian animals, Australian art works and hand puppets.
We are proud to support the many early learning centres that we deal with and in return they support us to foster our younger generations interest in our great country. We also help to foster early learning and development of special needs through the use of our Australian educational books and hand and finger puppets.
We are proud Australians and love to share and spread the joy of everything Australian to all Australians and overseas travellers.
